Research activities

I am assistant professor at the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) of Rennes and the Laboratory of Civil and Mechanical Engineering. My research interests focus essentially on transfer in porous media. I work on internal erosion in soils, on surface erosion, particle transport and deposition, filtration, creeping flow, ... . Previously I worked on internal erosion study at the Research Institute of Civil Engineering and Mechanics. I have also worked in the ETNA unit of the Cemagref of Grenoble on the study of tsunami interaction with shores. During my PhD, I worked on flows of particles through a porous medium at University of Rennes 1, in the group “granular materials and foams” of the Institute of Physics of Rennes.
